Hope Cleaning Team Information

Thank you for joining the Hope Cleaning Team! At Hope, we want to be sure that every person who comes to our building feels welcome and comfortable, and having a clean, beautiful building is a big part of that. We are so thankful for you, and we want to help you be set up with everything you need to be successful.

Here is some important information to get you started:

  • Building access: If you have not done so already, contact Pat Quigg to arrange for a key and a code for the building so you will have access to clean when it is convenient for you.

  • When to clean: We prefer that you clean Friday night after 6pm (when the daycare closes), Saturday anytime, or Sunday before 9am. The goal is to have the building sparkling for our Sunday service! If is different time is best for you, please clear that with Pat.

  • Scheduling: Please communicate any scheduling preference with Rachael Hoppe (link to email). We post a schedule in Planning Center quarterly. Watch for a Welcome Email if you are new to Planning Center. Ask Rachael if you have any questions.

  • Checklist: Look over and/or print the below checklist for reference as you clean.

  • Training: Watch the Training Video below that corresponds to the area you have volunteered for.
